This site sets no cookies. Here is exactly what that means, and what is requested from elsewhere.
Short version: this site does not use cookies, so there is nothing for you to accept or reject.
What We Set
Nothing. Supplement Insider sets no first-party cookies, no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. We do not use local storage, session storage, IndexedDB or device fingerprinting, and we run no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session-recording tool.
You can confirm this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, look under Application or Storage, and you will find no entries for this domain.
Why There Is No Consent Banner
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK PECR, consent is required before storing or accessing information on a visitor’s device unless that storage is strictly necessary to deliver a service the visitor asked for. Because we store nothing at all, that requirement is not triggered, and a banner would be asking you to consent to something that is not happening.
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential storage, we will publish a consent mechanism before switching it on, and update this page.
Third-Party Requests
Loading a page on this site makes no third-party requests at all. Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are served from our own domain, so reading the site does not expose your IP address to any outside company.
There is one exception, and it only happens if you choose it: submitting the newsletter form sends your email address to a Google Apps Script endpoint. If you never subscribe, that request never happens. Our privacy policy covers what is stored and for how long.
Controlling Storage Yourself
Every major browser lets you block or clear site storage, and blocking it will not break anything here, because we are not using it in the first place.

If our use of storage changes, this page will change with it, and the “last updated” date above will tell you when.
